Swell was a new business who had little online presence, few repeat customers, and very little brand awareness in the area. Swell wanted to get some quick wins with customers who were high quality and would yield long-term relationships and referrals in the area.
Solution
Zack consulted with Swell and came up with a local lead generation strategy that would yield new customers on-demand. Zack targeted local homeowners in the Fort Meyers/Boca Grande area with a promotional offer for new customers who booked a full cleaning service. Swell wanted to ensure that all new leads were of high quality, as they only spend their time on high-end services with clients who have the money to pay for it.
Results
In just two weeks, Swell was able to generate dozens of new leads at an extremely low cost, and was able to close multiple new customers who are now requesting Swell to come back every other week for additional full-service cleanings. Remember, these customers are worth thousands of dollars as each, so a few new customers is massive.
Swell is now being setup to run an even larger campaign this fall that will plan to spend over $1,000 and generate a few dozen new customers.

The Situation
Alan on VDW has been having success as a tattoo artist, but never focused on marketing, online visibility, SEO, or any discipline that would help him land more customers online. Alan has primarily relied upon repeat and referral business, but wanted to expand into more new business through being found online as a high-end tattoo artist and designer in his local area.
Alan wanted to focus on 3 things:
1 - Be findable online for new customer searching for tattoo services
2 - Build a clean and simple website for customers to see his work and book appointments
3 - Streamline his appointment booking system and automate manual processes
Solution
Zack consulted with VDW to create a simple process to accomplish these three goals in a short amount of time.
First, we setup VDW's Google My Business Profile and optimized it so anyone searching for tattoo services in the area would find Alan and VDW. We added images, store hours, keywords, and started asking previous customers for reviews to improve his local rank. We also added VDW to over 30 online directory listings with accurate location and contact information to increase his Google ranking and online accuracy.
Second, Zack worked with Alan to create an entire website that would beautifully highlight his work and tattoo experiences, highlighting some of his best clients and drawings. The website is now able to rank on Google and be an asset for Alan to share with future customers.
Lastly, we onboarded Alan into our Chewning Digital Lead Manager app and setup a calendar for new appointments, automated emails to customers, and setup notifications for Alan to communicate with new leads. Now the majority of the booking process is automated and will allow us to drive future campaigns to book time with Alan for his services seamlessly.
Alan at VDW now has an enhanced online presence, is ranking locally in Google for tattoo services, has a nice website to share with customers, and can book appointments seamlessly. Next, we'll be running Facebook ads for new lead generation.
After booking, leads receive a confirmation email and reminders before their appointment.
